TOPIC: “Corundum & Beryl”
In this lecture we will cover two families of gemstones, Corundum and Beryl. These are two of the most widely used and known gemstone families which include Rubies and Emeralds. In this we will discuss the basics you should know. Properties, formation, applications beyond jewelry, synthetics/imitation, and some key buying tips. We will also cover a few more in depth topics related to these such as basic ways to tell synthetics/imitation stones from natural stones.
